Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • Purchase proof
    • Photos/videos of issue
  2. Ship: Use our prepaid label if approved
  3. Resolution: Repair/replacement within 5 business days

Arvowood Defect Returns (Within 30 Days)

Conditions: Unused items with manufacturing defects

Shipping Cost: Fully covered by our company

Resolution: Full refund or replacement with a new product

 

Customer-Requested Returns

Conditions: Within 30 days of receipt, unopened

Shipping Cost: Borne by the customer

Refund Amount: Product price minus actual shipping fees

Return Process

  2. Include order number and reason for return in the request.
  3. Follow the return shipping instructions provided upon approval.
  4. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt confirmation.

Important Exceptions:

  • Used products without defects
